Non-spring DC Motor Car Park Barrier Gate
PAB-SE Economical car park barrier gate was specially designed to reduce the procurement cost for parking facility, but still with high quality. It adopts non-spring design which no need to adjust balance, and no need to caculate the number of spring when you change arm. Thanks to the PWM variable frequency controller, the opening/closing time is adjustable from 0.9 to 6 second. With the help of 5 million MTBF free-maintenance brushless DC motor, the barrier gate can work with long life span. Special mechnical structure design makes boom direction exchangeable. Non-spring Design Reduces Cost
No spring is used for this car barrier gate, no need to adjust balance hardly, and no need to caculate the number of spring when you change different type of arm or adjust arm lenght. Most important, non-spring design reduces the cost of barrier.
0.9~6 Second Speed Adjustable
The barrier gate adopts digital frequency servo controller, which allows the stepless speed control of the drive motor under the condition of no loss of output torque, and the opening/closing time can be respectively adjustable between 09s,or 2~3s or 3~6s.
Arm Direction Is Exchangeable Easily
In the past you have to keep stock for barriers with different arm direction either left or right, because different sites may require different arm direction. But now you can change the boom direction easily at site without replacing any parts.
Arm Swing Out To Protect Arm & Vehicle ∗
Arm will swing out by 90 degree if it was hit by a vehicle, this will avoid breaking the boom, and minimize damage to the motor and vehicles. This function for the barrier gate with straight arm only.
Arm Auto-reverse On Obstacles For Safety
While barrier arm moving down, it will automatically reverse if it hit with an obstacle such as a car or pedestrian, this will protects the car or person. The sensitivity is adjustable. This function is not working when the angle is <9°both in vertical and horizontal position.
Manually Control In Case of Power Failure
If power supply is suddenly off, you can manually open and close the barrier gate by the black lever. Also the boom arm can be manually locked in any position between horizontal and vertical by this level.
Backup Solar Panel or Lead-acid Cell ∗
Thanks to DC motor technology, the boom barrier can be powered by solar or lead-acid cell as back up power supply in emergency. Especially solar power is environment friendly for the earth thus for the human.
Arm automatically open when power is off ∗
Whatever the barrier arm in any position, arm will automatically open up when the power is down. This is very helpful for a unattended car park. When power is down, vehicles can leave the parking lots without waiting for someone to manually open barrier. Off course this function can be shut off. See video on the right side
