Parking barrier gate consists of barrier cabinet, barrier arm, controller board and mechanical parts. It can be divided into different types based on arm type, opening/closing time, arm direction etc..

According to boom arm type, the parking barrier gate can be divided into three types:

l  Straight arm barrier: This type barrier is the most common. Generally, ground parking lots use this type of gate. It is suitable for general parking lots such as residential communities, bus stations, hospitals, etc.

l  Crank arm barrier: It is used for parking lots where have requirement of height of the ups and downs of barrier. Such as basement parking lot, the height of ceiling is limited, only crank arm barrier is suitable

l  Fence arm barrier: Fence arm barrier is suitable for some dedicated parking lots with higher management requirements which is used to prevent pedestrians from passing through the car channel. The fence barrier can be divided into single fence and double fences.

According to opening/closing time, the gate barrier can be divided into two types:

l  High speed barrier: opening/closing time 0.3s/0.6s/0.9s, it is normally used for highway toll gate where have strict requirement of passing time

l  Normal speed barrier: opening/closing time 2~6s adjustable. it is used for areas where the traffic flow is middle or low. Such as shopping mall, hotel, factory, residential communities etc..

According to installation direction, the arm barrier can be divided into two types: rightward and leftward. You need to decide the arm direction based on each different project site.
